Volpe Enterprises Earns Angie’s List Super Service Award
Award reflects businesses’ consistently high level of customer service based on customer reviews
Volpe Enterprises has been awarded the prestigious 2011 Angie’s List Super Service Award, an honor bestowed annually on approximately 5 percent of all the businesses rated on the nation’s leading provider of consumer reviews on local service and health providers.
“Only a fraction of the businesses rated on Angie’s List can claim the sterling service record of being a Super Service Award winner because we set a high bar,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “The fact that Volpe Enterprises can claim Super Service Award status speaks volumes about its dedication to consumers.”
Angie’s List Super Service Award winners have met strict eligibility requirements including earning a minimum number of reports, an exemplary rating from their clients and abiding by Angie’s List operational guidelines
Ratings are updated daily on Angie’s List, but members can find the 2011 Super Service Award logo next to business names in search results on AngiesList.com.
Angie’s List collects consumer reviews on local contractors and doctors in more than 500 service categories. Currently, more than 2 million consumers across the U.S. rely on Angie’s List to help them make the best hiring decisions. Members get unlimited access to local ratings via Internet or phone, exclusive discounts, the Angie’s List magazine and help from the Angie’s List complaint resolution service. Why You Need Correct Bathroom Venting
Whether you have a small or large bathroom, or one or more bathrooms, correct venting is very important for your whole house. Today’s homes are built very airtight and it is all the more necessary to allow your home to breath and release the moisture and humidity that comes from all the steam and heat in the bathroom.
Where to start
If you are building a house or remodeling, installing bathroom venting is not very difficult. If you are replacing an existing vent fan, be sure to measure the housing (the metal box that holds the fan in the ceiling or wall) first so that you can purchase the exact same size fan. This will make your job so much easier! If you are not replacing a vent fan, you will need to cut a hole in the bathroom ceiling to install the fan. You will need a keyhole or reciprocating saw for this job, a ladder, drill, duct and electrical tape and some joint compound for the finishing work. A little electrical know-how is necessary for the wiring part of the job. But if you carefully follow the instructions included with your new vent fan, and go slowly at the job, you should be able to do it yourself. Also, the people at home improvement centers can be of great help in offering you advice, so be sure to use this resource if you need it.
Why is a bathroom vent system so important?
Without proper bathroom venting, mold and mildew could accumulate in the walls as a result of trapped moisture. Besides being unhealthy, mold and mildew can hurt your home’s structure and cause added expense from repairs in the future. Spending a little money now on venting will save you money in the long run. Venting moisture completely away from your home, not just to the attic, is so important because you don’t want any moisture to linger anywhere in the house.
A great venting fan – the Ultra Silent Humidity Sensing Bathroom Fan with Light
You can add value to your home with a really nice venting fan that can include lighting, as well! There is a fan that automatically senses the humidity in your room and will adjust accordingly. It is a Humidity sensing bathroom fan that comes with flourescent lighting. This fan comes with easy installation features, among so many other features, such as–
· Automatic humidity detection system
· Shuts off automatically
· Easy adjustable run-time controls
· Save money and worry with automatic off and on features

Volpe Enterprises Second Showroom Location Scheduled to Open This Fall
Volpe Enterprises Inc. recently purchased the 40,000 SF facility at 217 Church Rd Upper Gwynedd Township North Wales, Montgomery County, PA. The Church Rd site was the former home to Safeguard a Deluxe Corporation who had been a fixture in Montgomery County for over twenty years until closing their operation in 2009.
In 1975, Gary Volpe formed Volpe Roofing, Incorporated. After graduating from Pierce Junior College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Gary and his wife Janet continued to grow Volpe Roofing to included siding, windows, gutters and doors. In 1993, Gary & Janet formed Volpe Enterprises, Inc. to encompass all facets of home renovation.
Today, they are the General Manager & President of Volpe Enterprises, Inc. along with their three sons Michael, Stephen and David – Volpe Enterprises plans to expand their presence into the Bucks, Lehigh and Southeastern area of PA. The new North Wales showroom with state of the art displays is planned said Gary Volpe- “Our new location in Upper Gwynedd will be completely refurbished in a way as to display many of the products we install. However, the best will be inside with walk through kitchen and bathroom displays and products you can see and touch. Our trained personnel will help design your dream project for your home. You can count on Volpe Enterprises to assist you with the smallest repair job or larger projects like an addition to your home. I encourage you to become part of the Volpe family of satisfied customers”. Continued growth is expected as Volpe builds on their motto of: Quality, Honesty, and Integrity.
Nick Adams of Jackson Cross Partners, LLC represented the Seller, William and Joe Wildman. The Transaction was financed by Univest Bank of Souderton, PA.

Our family owned and operated company was established in 1970 built on our motto of Quality – Honesty – Integrity.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes – We are licensed with both the State (#PA4947) and Townships. We are also fully insured for workman’s compensation, liability, and property damage. At your request we can provide a certificate of insurance before the start of your job.
Do you provide the required permits?
Yes – We will acquire all of the necessary permits and also schedule any inspections needed for the job.
Do your employees work for you?
Yes – We pride ourselves on not sub-contracting your work to someone else. This ensures that you will get a quality job. We only hire qualified, courteous, drug-free employees who are fluent in our language so they can communicate with you.
Is there an “on the job” supervisor?
Yes – We provide you with a knowledgeable craftsman that is both the job foreman and the supervisor on the job. This foreman will be able to answer any questions that might arise during the course of the job.
For more information about our job process “click here.”
Do you do small jobs too?
Yes – We do both small and large jobs whether it would be repair work or remodeling the entire exterior of your home.
Do you use a dumpster?
No – We do NOT use dumpsters. We use dump trucks. Dumpsters are unsightly, can cause property damage and a hazard to children, these are just some of the reasons why we do no use them. Our dump trucks will come with us and leave with us everyday. We clean up your site daily so it is safe for you and your family.
What if I want to use a product other than the one recommended?
We will install any products that you would like us to; just let us know. However, we recommend certain products because of the quality and high performance ratings; we have been using many of these products since 1970. Substandard products are available but could lead to future problems.
Are your men certified to install your products?
Yes – We do “in house” training demonstrations including weekly safety seminars. Our employees are certified by the manufactures through written tests based on their knowledge of the products.
